花喰鳥 - 鍛造首飾り

花喰鳥をモチーフにした、スクエア型の鍛造ペンダント。

古くから東西の装飾美術に見られる花喰鳥は、花や植物の枝をくわえた鳥の姿で表され、幸福や生命の再生、繁栄などを象徴する吉祥文様として親しまれてきました。

本作では、花喰鳥を中央に配し、周囲には唐草文様を一つひとつ手彫りで施しています。

一枚の地金を鍛造によって仕立て、花喰鳥の立体的な造形と、手彫りによる唐草の表情を組み合わせました。

古の吉祥を、現代の首飾りへ。

Crafted from a single piece of metal through the forging process, the design combines the bird's three-dimensional form with the expressive detail of the hand-carved arabesque.
